The creeks and streams are officially open, so let's get fishing!  Due to the lack of heavy rains we've had of late, creeks and streams aren't very full at all, so you'll most likely find the Bass sitting down the bottom of deeper holes. This means surface lures won't be as effective, sinking lures will be better suited at the moment.
