That depends on the products in your order and where we're shipping them to. Delivery times Australia-wide are generally between 1-6 business days, with the exception of remote areas which can sometimes be a little longer. You can always track your order to keep up with the whereabouts an estimated delivery.

That just means that one or more of the items in your cart are too large to offer flat rate shipping for. If you would still like us to send them to you, you can contact us and we can easily work out a reasonable and fair price for shipping that can be invoiced to you.

We have a good level of stock of most of our online products, however in the rare event that you order something that we are out of stock in, we will contact you with the options of:
- replacing the item with something similar
- ordering in that item from the supplier (if still available)
- cancelling and refunding you for that item
- cancelling and refunding the entire order

Most of the time yes, you can. There are times where we run online only promotions through our social media or weekly email, in which case we will notify you in-store that we can't offer those prices. But as a rule of thumb we will generally allow the same prices in-store as online.

Yes! As per our price matching policy, we're willing to price match any australian-based online retailer trading off their own websites (i.e. not eBay or other similar websites). There are a couple of T&Cs associated though which you can find by clicking into our price match policy.
