Fishing Report
The last week has seen some nice Snapper pulled from the depths off Kiama using jigs. Also much further south near Ulladulla there’s been some great Snapper caught on plastics.
Once the winds and weather calmed down it became ideal for offshore fishing; Snapper and the occasional Morwong were being caught wide off Botany Bay.
Good catches of Flathead are being caught in 30-40m from Kurnell down to Jibbon.
Bream have been chasing blades and plastics in the deeper water around the bridge pylons in Botany Bay.
The canals of Sylvania Waters are also producing nice Bream.
Squid are still around in numbers amongst rocky and weedy outcrops.
Josh Robbins fished the Shoalhaven out of the yak for a huge Bream on plastics and a very nice Flathead on a Trout Tune Lipless in colour GAL (both pictured)
