The Shimano Forcemaster 9000A Deep Drop Combo was built for hauling up the deep sea dwellers. Fishing the depths can be very hard work without the assistance of an electric reel, that's why this combo was made, it's perfect for chasing Blue Eye Trevalla, Gemfish and any other deep sea species.
The Shimano Forcemaster delivers outstanding winding speed, winding strength, drag and line capacity. It offers a programmable mode and a manual mode to cover a variety of fishing styles and conditions, the 9000 model being ideal for deep dropping.
The Shimano Status Bent Butt rods have been constructed utilising high power carbon and e-glass blank technology to withstand and absorb the pressures of deep water fishing. These rods come with an ergonomic aluminium Pacific Bay bent butt that allows for optimum angles when deploying baits, waiting for bites and fighting tough deep water species like Bar Cod, Blue Eye Trevalla, Gemfish and other deep water species.
The Shimano Status Deep Drop rods are fitted with fixed high quality Fuji Silicone guides and an AFTCO swivel roller tip.
Power Pro Depth Hunter braid changes colour from blue to yellow, to green to orange, and has a black mark every five feet.

Orders containing oversized items - custom shipping cost required. After you place your order online as an 'in-store pickup', we will contact you regarding a customised shipping fee (minimum $14.99). Sometimes this fee is low, but if it's too high you can request a full refund.
NOTE: Sometimes we have to split your order and send multiple parcels, if this happens we will let you know and send through a tracking number for each parcel. When multiple parcels are sent we cannot guarantee that they will arrive at the same time.

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same day if all items are in stock.
Orders containing large or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-3 days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, an exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.
