NOTE: Sometimes we have to split your order and send multiple parcels, if this happens we will let you know and send through a tracking number for each parcel. When multiple parcels are sent we cannot guarantee that they will arrive at the same time.

We strive to get our orders out as quickly as possible. To have your order sent out the same day, order by 9am and select 'Jump The Queue' at checkout to push your order to the front of the order processing pile. Orders that cannot be processed same day include orders with bulky items that require shipping via courier, international orders, or orders with missing items.
Orders containing bulky or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-2 business days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, with the exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30 am will be sent on Monday.
