Buku IGFA Tournament Mono Line is made for anglers fishing in competitions and/or those chasing record breaking fish to be recognised by the International Game Fish Association. It's a high quality monofilament line that's super tough, abrasion resistant and has superior knot strength.
The main feature of the Buku IGFA Class Mono Line is its diameter, it's much thinner than typical game lines. What this allows for both trophy hunters and tournament game fisherman is a whole lot more line on the reel, giving them much more time to stop the bigger fish (marlin in particular) before losing their entire length of line. To put it in perspective, Buku 37kg is about the same diameter as regular IGFA 24kg line, and Buku 24kg is similar to regular IGFA 15kg.
It comes in three colours, two hi-vis (kryptonite & agent orange) and one low-vis (stealth).
Stealth - designed for use when fish are warier than usual.
Agent Orange - designed to be as easy as possible to see, which is important when running multiple lines off the boat. Perfectly offset by Buku Kryptonite to make it easier to distinguish lines in a spread.

Each item in our online store is marked as either a 'Standard Item', 'Large Item', 'Oversized Item' or an 'In-store Only Item', each of which have their own shipping and delivery costs and characteristics.

Orders containing oversized items - custom shipping cost required. After you place your order online as an 'in-store pickup', we will contact you regarding a customised shipping fee (minimum $14.99). Sometimes this fee is low, but if it's too high you can request a full refund.

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same day if all items are in stock.
Orders containing large or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-3 days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, an exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.
