They are great travel rod for the price. I always have a couple in my check in luggage when traveling interstate. I’ve got no complaints of the quality and easy set up. Highly recommend these rods for the person who travels and loves to have a fish.

Bought the RX LT2500S a little while ago, and it's a great reel. Even prettier in person and in the sun, and super light and smooth. Feels somewhat comparable to a ci4+ Stradic in terms of weight and overall smoothness but with a much lighter, airier handle rotation. The handle rotates just from gravity alone if you hold the reel upside down with no weight on it, which I've usually only seen in more expensive reels. I bought it for general light spin saltwater fishing, not just for squid, and on my daiwa TD Black Scratchy it balances beautifully and performs flawlessly. Even with a slightly overfilled spool and casting into 25km/hr cross winds the distance was considerable and consistent and there were zero windknots or tangles, which genuinely surprised me as I was kind of expecting some issues there. The drag is definitely very finely adjustable and easily the smoothest I've ever used on a reel, Daiwa aren't lying when they say there is quite literally *zero* start up enertia, at least as far as I can tell.
Definitely a quality reel that's well worth the price so far, and honestly it's nice to have a reel that's a little different and stands out visually among the sea of visually boring and conservative mostly silver/gunmetal reels that saturate the market at this price point lol
The shipping was also faster than estimated, communication around the sale was responsive and concise, and the packaging was entirely unblemished upon arrival.
