Shinto hooks are made from the latest materials, incorporating the latest technology in Chemical Sharpening to give great hook penetration and secure hook sets.
The Shinto Carlisle hook is a great choice for Whiting and Garfish anglers. Also, in the smaller size, say 6, they can be useful for catching small baitfish.
This hook has a longer shank than standard hooks which is ideal for baiting worms and peeled prawns. The long shank also makes it easier to grip when removing it from hooked fish, which is great for beginners and kids.

Each item in our online store is marked as either a 'Standard Item', 'Large Item', 'Oversized Item' or an 'In-store Only Item', each of which have their own shipping and delivery costs and characteristics.

Orders containing oversized items - custom shipping cost required. After you place your order online as an 'in-store pickup', we will contact you regarding a customised shipping fee (minimum $14.99). Sometimes this fee is low, but if it's too high you can request a full refund.
NOTE: Sometimes we have to split your order and send multiple parcels, if this happens we will let you know and send through a tracking number for each parcel. When multiple parcels are sent we cannot guarantee that they will arrive at the same time.

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same day if all items are in stock.
Orders containing large or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-3 days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, an exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.
